Horse-Riding Equipment:
The most important of all is your safety. At some of our partners it is obligatory to wear riding-helmet. Other partners let the decision be taken by the guest. In any case we advise to wear a riding-helmet any time. One reason is your safety, another reason is the fact that maybe your health insurance does not cover the costs in case of accident if you did not wear a riding-helmet.
Also it is important that you feel comfortable in your riding-dress. Don't forget to take with you: riding-helmet, jodhpurs, riding boots, cagoule / wind cheater, waistcoat, backpack, sun protection, shatterproof sun glasses.
Horse-Riding Experience:
Please note the advices concerning the required horse-riding qualifications of each journey. For your booking you need to indicate your horse-riding qualifications from 1 to 5.
1 = total beginner: no experience at all
2 = beginner: little knowledge in basic horse-riding and handling of horses, partly unshure
3 = advanced rider: has control over a docile and secure horse which goes ahead, in the countryside as well as in the riding ring. control over speed and direction of the horse.
4 = good rider: secure in all situations in the riding ring as well as in the countryside. Secure in unexpected situations. good physical condition.
5 = very good rider: always total control over the horse, also difficult and nervous horses, outside and in the ring, good physical condition
Weight:
Please note the weight limit of each journey which is listed at each description of the journey. It depends on the used horses.
Condition:
Generally it is valid: good physical condition is goos for you as well for your horse. To participate in trails and rides for more days a very good physical condition is a requirement. Please note the specific advices in the description of each journey.
Program Course:
Our partners reserve the right to make changes in the program course due to weather conditions or unexpected situations. Changes in the program course are made only in interest if the guests and do not affect the character of the journey.
Booking:
The form to make your booking you will find on our website at "booking“. After receiving your binding booking request we have to check the availability with our partners. If your booking request is available we will send you a booking confirmation. If your requires booking is not available we will inform you as well and we will offer an alternative date or program.
Payment:
After receiving our booking confirmation we kindly ask you to transfer the advance payment to our bank account (see also the booking conditions of each of our partners). The remaining amount you will either pay in cash on your arrival at the holiday destination or per money transfer (corresponding the booking conditions of each of our partners).
Travel Documents:
After receiving the the remaining amount of the journey, we will send you the complete travel documents per mail.
Travel Insurances:
We advise emphatically to contract insurance of health for your journey as well as insurance in case of cancellation of your journey. A general liability insurance is also always useful. More information about travel insurances are found behind the menu item „links“.
Flights:
Behind the menu item "links" you will find useful information about the airline companies and websites where you can book your flights by your own. In the description of each journey we indicate the closest airport and the distances to other airports nearby. The booking of flights and other services happens directly between you and the respective provider without our knowing.
How to reach your destination:
After the final payment we will send you the booking documents and a detailled way description how to reach. So you won`t have any problems finding your holiday destination. Most of the horse-riding farms and accomodations are situated on the countryside. Therefore it is useful and recommended to rent a car.
Price:
The price of booking is corresponding to the announcements and price lists of our website. Sometimes the price is per person, sometimes per accomodation. Please consider always the information in the price lists of each vacation.
Conditions of cancellation:
The conditions of cancellation are found in the conditions of booking of each provider. These conditions of bookings are found below the despription of each holiday offer.
